Auxiliary Radio Communications Systems (ARCS)

We offer a turnkey solution for installing ARCS that are in compliance with the 2014 NYC Building Code. Let us design a system that works for your building and still meets all requirements.

NYC Building

Why are ARCS necessary?

Under the 2014 NYC Building Code, all new high rise, over 75' tall, buildings need to support FDNY radio communications. In order to meet Life Safety requirements, the FDNY has set specific performance standards in regards to the required signal levels and functionality. Certificates of Occupancy may be denied if these standards are not met.
